SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

1. SHIPPING

1.1 Bar Pacific e-shop uses a Third Party Courier (SF Express is the currently appointed courier) to deliver ordered and confirmed merchandise to you. (SF Express customers can choose 1. Delivery to Hong Kong Home / Office addresses / 2. To SF stations / SF centers / EF Locker   3. 7-11 / OK Store pick up). We reserve the right to use another courier to deliver the ordered and confirmed merchandise to the delivery address without giving any notice to you. 

 

1.2. With a single purchase of HK$1000 or more at Bar Pacific e-shop, you can enjoy a free local delivery service. If the single purchase is less than HK$1000, a delivery charge of HK$150 will be charged. The charge does not include remote area surcharge and residential delivery surcharge which is charged by Third Party Courier. 

 

1.3 Delivery costs are calculated upon checkout based on a flat rate per order regardless of the quantity or weight of purchased items. All orders will be settled in Hong Kong Dollars. All deliveries will be carried through courier service. Please remark on the date of delivery upon checkout and ensure the recipient can sign off the delivery. Bar Pacific will not be responsible for any losses after the recipient signs off the delivery. 

 

1.4 Please ensure that the recipient information is accurate. If the selected address is different from the actual delivery address, resulting in the delivery affected and the goods returned, you will be liable for the costs arising from the re-shipment.

 

2.DELIVERY NOTIFICATION 

2.1 You will receive an email of dispatch once your order is handed over to the carrier for delivery (usually within 3 to 8 days after you place an order). To ensure easy tracking, the email will include details of the delivered items, order number, and the website of the delivery company.

 

3.DELIVERY TIME

Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, we will use reasonable effort to arrange to deliver the ordered Merchandise to you within the next 7 working days. If we receive your order after 5 pm, your order would be considered a next-day order. 

The courier that we recommend strives to provide quick and efficient delivery services to customers but delivery time may vary due to customs issues of the delivery method selected, logistic arrangements, weather, and seasonal holiday (i.e. Christmas, Chinese New Year, and Easter). Bar Pacific has no control over the delivery time of the carrier and will not be legally responsible for any situation arising from the delivery process or standard of delivery.

 

4. RETURN AND EXCHANGE 

4.1 You or the recipient must check the merchandise upon delivery. 

 

4.2 You can exchange the merchandise within 7 days after you sign off the delivery by sending an email to marketing@barpacific.com.hk along with a photo of the merchandise, tag on the merchandise (if applicable), order number, and product information, ONLY in the following situations: 

a) Defective item(s) 

b) Extreme discrepancy between the merchandise and photo (details and lists of differences are required) 

c) Mismatched delivery

 

4.3 Any requests for exchange over 7 days after sign-off of the delivery will be declined. Merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags attached, and must be exchanged in the original packaging.

 

5. ALL MERCHANDISE IS NOT REFUNDABLE.

 

6. GENERAL PROVISIONS 

6.1 In the event of any dispute, Bar Pacific’s decision shall be final and conclusive. 

 

6.2 In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of this Shipping, Exchange & Returns Policy, the English version shall prevail. 

 

6.3 We keep this Shipping, Exchange & Returns Policy under regular review and place updates on our website from time to time.
