由高木酒造的十四代傳人「高木辰五郎先生」共花了長達 18 年的時間開發的「龍の落とし子」（在日本是指「海馬」喔！）由「美山錦」及山形縣知名酒米「山酒四號」培育而成，看酒標背面的族譜，不難發現此米實屬名門望族。加上是十四代少有的純米大吟釀大極上出品，低至 35% 的精米步合，帶出極細緻的清酒吟釀香氣。 入口果香濃郁，帶著如哈密瓜、香蕉般甜美香氣，甜中帶微酸，貫徹了「十四代」甘甜，易入口的風格！其後香梨般的清甜蔓延至口腔各處，「生酒」獨有的清爽口感盡現。尾韻利落乾淨
